Insurance/Fees

I am in network with Aetna, Cigna, Anthem, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and others. I also see private pay patients outside of insurance, for which the rates are $500 for the initial comprehensive evaluation and $250 for follow-up visits.
